Welcome to 400 Rent a Car! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by 400 Rent a Car ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Rental Services

1.1 Reservations: You may reserve vehicles through our website or by contacting us directly. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

1.2 Rental Agreement: Each rental is governed by a rental agreement detailing terms such as rental period, rates, fees, insurance coverage, and vehicle condition. By renting a vehicle, you agree to the terms specified in the rental agreement.

1.3 Payment: Rental charges, fees, and deposits must be paid in full before vehicle pickup. Payment methods accepted are specified on our website and may include credit/debit cards, electronic payments, or other methods as agreed.

1.4 Extra Fees

we charge fees on Salik which is 5 AED for each path.

Also, we charge all fines comes on the car during the rent period plus 20 AED for each fine.

the client has to pay any fines comes on vehicle later on the rent period plus 20 AED extra charge for each fine.

2. Vehicle Use and Return

2.1 Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with fuel levels at the same level as when picked up. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, refueling, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

2.2 Use Restrictions: Vehicles may only be used in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the rental agreement. Use of vehicles for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or transportation of hazardous materials is prohibited.

2.3 Return: Vehicles must be returned on time as specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges unless previously arranged.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

3.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made one day or more prior to the pickup date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within one day of the pickup date may incur a cancellation fee as specified in the rental agreement.

3.2 Modifications: Changes to reservations, including rental duration, vehicle type, or pickup location, may be subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 Insurance: Rental vehicles are covered by basic insurance as required by law. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase to cover damages, theft, or other incidents not covered by basic insurance.

4.2 Liability: You are liable for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period, including damage caused by negligence, improper use, or violation of the rental agreement terms.

5. Privacy

5.1 Data Collection: We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Website Content: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of 400 Rent a Car and protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

6.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE and Dubai Courts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
