Return Policy

1. Rental Period:

  • Rentals are based on a 24-hour period starting from the time of pickup. Late returns may incur additional charges unless previously arranged.

2. Early Return:

  • If you return the vehicle earlier than originally scheduled, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the rental period.

3. Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 1 day or more prior to the pickup date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 1 day of the pickup date may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Condition:

  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with fuel levels at the same level as when picked up. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, refueling, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds for cancellations or early returns will be processed within 5 days to the original method of payment.
